IFTA FILING, HANDLED LIKE CLOCKWORK.

The International Fuel Tax Agreement requires quarterly reporting of fuel use across jurisdictions. Miss a deadline, and you're looking at penalties, interest, and potential authority suspension. We won't let that happen.

We track every state you drove through
We reconcile fuel receipts and gallons
We calculate tax owed or refund due
We file on time. Every. Single. Quarter.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS.

How long until I can legally start hauling?

+

Most drivers are fully operational within 3–7 business days. MC Authority has a 21-day FMCSA protest period before it goes active — we set this up day one so the clock starts immediately.

Do I need an LLC, or can I operate as a sole proprietor?

+

Either works, but an LLC protects your personal assets if something goes wrong on the road. We'll walk you through both options on the free call.

What documents do I need to provide?

+

A valid driver's license, your CDL, basic personal info, and (if applicable) your truck's VIN and insurance. We send a simple checklist.

How much does IFTA filing cost per quarter?

+

Flat-rate per quarter — no surprises. Pricing depends on the number of jurisdictions you operate in. Discussed up front, never after.

What if I miss sending you my miles for the quarter?

+

We send reminders two weeks and three days before the deadline. If life happens, reach out — we'll work it out.
